Volunteers needed for the Hounslow Wellbeing Network

The Hounslow Wellbeing Network acts as a creative/social space for the Hounslow Borough and conducts different activities across a few locations for the community members to feel less isolated and feel a sense of belonging. We attempt to accomplish this through the medium of these activities held across the month such as Art Sessions, Crochet and Chat, Coffee and Chat, etc., held with different frequencies. It is for these activities that we are taking on volunteers to ensure efficient and highly productive results. Co-produced and co-designed by Hounslow residents, our network comprises local people, friends, families, carers, and professionals living and working in the borough 

Roles and Responsibilities 

1. Closely collaborating and coordinating with team leaders and partners to ensure smooth implementation of activities. 

2. Successfully promote the organisation to attract people from the Hounslow Borough to become part of the Network. 

3. Submitting activity reports after every session to the Service Delivery Coordinator. 

4. Coordinating with the service users and other volunteers to yield higher results. Efficiently advertising the network on social media platforms 

5. Employing resourcefulness in project design for the creation of promotional material. 

6. Ensuring project activities comply with the policies and regulations 

7. Operate with empathy for every session/activity.
