Volunteer Senior Administrator

RollaDome

As a volunteer Senior Administrator, you will play an essential role in supporting the operational activities of RollaDome All Skate. You will assist with office management, scheduling, data organization, and helping ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders and staff.
  • Manage scheduling of meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems and records.
  • Handle inquiries and provide customer service to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and external partners.

Commitment 

  • Minimum 15 hours per week, with flexible hours.
