Head Gardener & Digital Content Creator Volunteer

Join Flowerphul CIC in an exciting dual role funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. You will lead the cultivation of our community cut-flower garden at Osterley Park and Bixley Fields while acting as the "face" of our digital learning journey. You will film and produce social media content to document our floristry and gardening course for a wide digital audience.

What skills do I need?

• Strong horticultural knowledge (ideally RHS Level 2 or equivalent experience).
• Ability to film and edit engaging social media content (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organisational skills with high attention to detail. 

When do I need to be available?
