Countryside Volunteer Rangers at Lampton Services : Volunteering

Lampton Services offers a range of volunteering opportunities throughout the week to become a Countryside Volunteer Ranger, no prior experience is required and all tools and training for tasks are provided. The groups carry out a range of tasks from litter picking, wood chipping paths, removing vegetation, orchard maintenance and harvesting, wildlife surveys and habitat management.

Each week we offer:

Monday - Pevensey Road Nature Reserve 10.45am - 2pm excluding bank holidays

Tuesday - Hounslow Heath 10.45am - 2pm

Wednesday - Hounslow Heath 10am - 2pm

Every 3rd Saturday - Bedfont Lakes 10am - 3pm

What skills do I need?

No prior experience or skills required but if you have them it is great! All we ask is that you are enthusiastic!

We aim to make sessions as accessible as possible but sometimes due to the nature of work and sites we are working on this is not always possible and we will try to work around individual needs to incorporate all into the session. Our Tuesday sessions at Hounslow Heath are more tailored to being accessible and incorporate a wide range of needs.
