Fundraising & Engagement Volunteers - Events Helpers

The Mulberry Centre

Helping out ad-hoc at a variety of community and fundraising events at our Centre and in the community in West London.

 Time Commitment – Flexible, preferably at least 4 hours a month.

 Main Duties 

• Assisting to organise, set up and/or run The Mulberry Centre fundraising events or our information stalls/cancer awareness helpdesks at a variety of local community events n Ealing, Hounslow & Richmond. 

• Bucket shaking to raise monies and/or leafleting the public - at agreed events or locations.

•  Any other suitable related tasks and duties that maybe set by our Fundraising & Engagement Team. 


What skills do I need?

• Ability to acquire knowledge of what our Centre offers to people affected by cancer.  You will be updated regularly by viewing the website and receiving the regular service updates. 

• Good organisational skills, communication skills and ability to engage confidently with the public.

• The ability to travel to agreed locations to attend community events and presentations.
