About the organisation

The Countryside Team at Lampton Services manage a range of parks across the borough for the benefit of the wildlife on site. Through this we hold regular volunteer groups to help engage the local residents with their parks as well as providing an opportunity for them to get outside and meet new people who have a passion for the outdoors.

A regular group meeting every 3rd Saturday at Bedfont Lakes at 10-3 meeting by the information centre. The group undertakes practical conservation tasks around the site which can include planting bulbs, litter picking, creating new habitats or looking after our orchard. All tools and training for tasks are provided. Please dress appropriately for the weather, wear sensible footwear and bring a drink and some food.
