Assistant Skate Coach

We are seeking experienced and motivated Assistant Skate Coaches to support the delivery of high-quality roller sports

sessions across our venues and programmes. This role is ideal for confident skaters with coaching experience,

particularly those who have worked with children and young people.

You will assist Lead Coaches in delivering engaging sessions across various skating disciplines and play a key role in

fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants.

What skills do I need?

• Strong roller skating ability with experience across different skating disciplines.

• Previous experience as a skate coach or assistant coach.

• Experience working with children and young people in a sports, education, or youth setting.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety in a coaching environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-school sessions, evenings, and occasional weekends.
